It¡¯s quite easy to check the status of your order! It is easy whether you have an Angel of Dream account. Just sign in with your ID and password to get a summary of orders placed in the past. You¡¯ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and the package tracking information for items that have shipped. It is strongly recommended to have your contact information filled so we can contact you with your order if needed.
Commonly used order statuses include:
Awaiting payment:Either you have not paid for your order or this status isn¡¯t updated. Please allow 12 hours to update the status.
Pending: We are processing your order. You can not change your order once order processed.For more information, please check Changing order section.
Shipped:Your order has been shipped and you can track your order by the EMS tracking number in your account.
Completed:You have received this item and you are satisfied with your order. Please click ¡°Item received¡± button if you are satisfied with your order.
Cancel or Change order:
You can manage your order in your shopping cart before checkout. If order is not paid yet, you can remove or change order freely. But once order has been paid and processed, cancelling is impossible.
