Shipping Time:
Once you¡¯ve placed an order, you can visit online Order Status for shipping information of each item. Most orders are expected to be shipped within 20 business days after cleared payment. We will email you if there is a delayed shipping.


Shipping Methods and Costs:
Angel of Dream online store offers only one shipping method. It is EMS (Express mail service) which provides door to door service. Usually EMS delivers within 7 days after shipping. Once your item(s) are shipped, you can find a tracking number in your account. Shipping costs are calculated by Gross weight and your country zone. We accept combined shipping for multiple items. You are able to check the shipping cost when you enter your shipping address after you placed an order.


Returns & Refunds:
We accept returning if only the item was wrongly shipped or damaged during shipping. Pictures of received products will be required if refunds needed. You must contact us by email as soon as you received the product. Please do contact us within 24 hours, otherwise we are not responsible for any results. Refunds can be given after we confirmed the product is wrongly shipped or damaged during shipping. Angel of Dream Quality Control team will test each item before shipping to keep 100% shipping satisfaction.

It¡¯s quite easy to check the status of your order! It is easy whether you have an Angel of Dream account. Just sign in with your ID and password to get a summary of orders placed in the past. You¡¯ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and the package tracking information for items that have shipped. It is strongly recommended to have your contact information filled so we can contact you with your order if needed.


Commonly used order statuses include:
Awaiting payment:Either you have not paid for your order or this status isn¡¯t updated. Please allow 12 hours to update the status.
Pending: We are processing your order. You can not change your order once order processed.For more information, please check Changing order section.
Shipped:Your order has been shipped and you can track your order by the EMS tracking number in your account.
Completed:You have received this item and you are satisfied with your order. Please click ¡°Item received¡± button if you are satisfied with your order.


Cancel or Change order:
You can manage your order in your shopping cart before checkout. If order is not paid yet, you can remove or change order freely. But once order has been paid and processed, cancelling is impossible.

Angel of Dream provides membership service for online customers. By creating an Angel of Dream ID, you can use all features in our website. You can also personalize your shopping cart and experience.

Find or reset password:
If you forgot your password, you are required to answer a question. The question is given by you at the beginning of your registration. Please do not forget your answer, otherwise you will not find your password. Please do not give out your password to anyone. Angel of Dream can not reset password for you for security reasons.

Manage your account:
It is easy to edit your account information by managing your account. Please provide us with your accurate information so that we can contact you for your order if needed.
